It's not on the MSDN Subscriber downloads website yet.

As I said above, it should be another few hours minimum, or maximum a couple of days :o) Microsoft never leaves you guys out, you've paid a lot for the subscription. TechNet subscribers won't get it, but TechNet Plus subscribers should see it in March packages.

Microsoft has already sent me my March MSDN Subscriber Package, so my guess is that Technet Plus Subscriber's will have to wait until they get their April Technet Plus Subscriber Package (to try out the Windows Vista Febuary CTP).

Zack, if you take a look at the following Website: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/abouttn/subscriptions/current/shiphl/default.mspx you will notice that the Technet Plus Subscriber's did not get the December CTP's (Build 5270), until the Febuary 2006 Technet Plus Shipment's were sent out, which means that they will not get the Febuary CTP's (5308) until the April 2006 Technet Plus Shipment's are sent out next month. Thank God that I am a MSDN Subscriber, and Not a Technet Plus Subscriber!

I know, I'm on TechNet as that lasts me quite well, but this 5308 build of Vista *will* be in March edition of TechNet :o)
